Shipping policy

Made by us, shipped fast.

Every mug is printed and packed by hand in our own shop. We are not a drop shipper and we do not outsource anything. That is how we keep it fast, keep it affordable, and stand behind every order.

Standard shipping.

Orders ship free. Standard delivery is typically 5 to 6 business days, and it is faster the closer you are to Florida, where we ship from.

A note on our rush shipping fee.

Our shipping covers more than postage. It includes careful protective packaging for a breakable item, priority handling so your order is made and shipped quickly, and the labor of real people making and packing your mug by hand. We are a few people trying to make a living making funny mugs, and this keeps us able to do it fast and well.

Need it faster? Rush options.

• 2-Day: $20 (no PO boxes, since our rush carriers do not deliver to PO boxes)
• Next-Day: $35 (no PO boxes, since our rush carriers do not deliver to PO boxes)
• Next-Day plus Saturday: $45 (no PO boxes, since our rush carriers do not deliver to PO boxes)

Transparency: Rush shipping is pricey. The carriers charge what they charge and we pass it through. Rush prices may be higher on larger orders, because a bigger box costs more to move fast. Standard shipping is genuinely quick for most of the country, so only reach for rush if you are up against a deadline.

About delivery dates on rush orders.

When you pay for a rush option, that is the carrier's delivery commitment, and we guarantee our part: your mug is made and handed to the carrier on time. What we cannot control is the carrier itself. Weather, their operational delays, and other events outside our hands are on them, not us, and carriers do not always refund those delays even to us. Here is our promise: if a rush package arrives late, tell us. We will file a claim with the carrier to recover the rush fee, and if they refund it, we pass it straight back to you. If we ourselves shipped late, you do not wait on anyone, we refund the rush upgrade right away.

Package marked delivered but not received.

If your tracking says delivered but you do not have it, please check around your property and with your household first, since packages sometimes scan early or get left in a safe spot. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier to trace it before determining next steps.
