Care & Cleaning
Hand wash to keep your design vivid and sharp. It'll survive an occasional top-rack dishwasher cycle, but like all custom-printed drinkware, repeated dishwashing will fade the print over time. A quick hand wash keeps it looking great for years. Microwave safe for short bursts.

Need it sooner? Rush options at checkout: 2-Day & Next Business Day (not available for PO boxes). Carriers charge what they charge, so we pass rush pricing straight through.
Our Guarantee & Returns
Because every mug is made just for you, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or a typo in a design you approved. But if we made the mistake like a wrong photo, misprint, damaged in transit, then email us a photo within 30 days and we'll remake or refund it. Every mug is inspected before it leaves our shop.

What is a custom face mug?

We use sublimation printing, which infuses the design into the mug's coating rather than sitting on top like a sticker or wrap. The result is a smooth, vivid, permanent print on a real ceramic mug. We print to order in our own US shop and ship next day.
How does it compare to sticker or vinyl-wrap mugs?
Sublimation is dye-infused, so there's no raised edge, no peeling sticker, and no seam like a vinyl wrap. It's the same method used for premium photo mugs, and it holds up far better than stick-on decals.
Is it dishwasher safe?
